On the third Thursday of every month, we keg off a new beer thats fresh out of R&D and allow you to sample the experimental brew in exchange for your honest feedback.
Brewing in smaller batches gives us the freedom to experiment with new and unique raw materials and different beer styles. It also gives you the chance to be part of a beer’s development and try pilot beers that are ONLY available at Wisconsin Brewing Company.
